Toby came from Kern County Animal Control.  He is a very sweet hound and will be ready for his forever home after he is neutered.  He has not hadd the best of diets and as a result, his teeth are not in the best of shape.  He is now on quality food and is getting in shape to undergo his neutering.  Toby likes to take walks, loves all people and loves to play with other dogs.  He has not been tested with cats as of yet.  He is learning about house training.  Toby loves his dog beds and snuggling on the couch.  Won't you give him the forever home he is looking for?
