Peach is a red and white female. Peach is the most mellow of the girls.  She and Nemo are the first to fall asleep in my lap.  This little reehead, snugle bug is a mama's girl.  She uses Lucy like a jugle gym, climbing on her bavk, vhewing her ears, collar and tail.  When she plays with her litter mates she is the tail chaser.  Peach and the rest of the Finding Nemo litter are starting their "puppy" vaccinations.  They will be micrchipped prior to their adoption.

 

"Lucy", a Beagle/Basset Mix was found wandering the streets very pregnant. Good samaritans attempted to take her a local animal shelter but were diverted to Golden Empire Basset Rescue when confronted with the shelter's 7day stay then destroy policy for ALL intakes. On Lucy's 7th day in her foster home she delivered 8 healthy puppies.(3Female/5Male). As a tribute to Lucy's Mickey Mouse shaped spot her Litter's theme name is " Finding Nemo".
